Timeline

Josimah Baby Bank was launched. Our first distribution took place in that same month.

We had supported 22 families by distributing 859 baby items through 12 referral partners and giving out Christmas gifts, plus 12 packed Christmas stockings to children leaving the care sector in Reading.

We also started offering our self-referral service. This service involves conducting in-house assessments for struggling families without social workers. We supported 22 families, distributed 4463 items, and received 10 referrals and 7 self-referrals during this period.

We also gave out Christmas gifts to the families we supported in December.

We were finally registered with the CIO and Company's House as a charity.

During this time, we distributed 5117 items and supported 35 families, receiving 13 referrals and self-referrals while we continued to give Christmas gifts to families supported in December.

We have supported over 80 families within and around Reading and Wokingham Boroughs and distributed over 12000 items, the cost of which varies.
